Sourced from estate old bush vines averaging over sixty years of age, it is a meticulous blend of Tempranillo and Graciano, with small amounts of white Viura and Malvasia skins included during fermentation to enhance freshness and color stability. Using only the highly concentrated, ultra-ripe "shoulders" of the grape bunches, the wine is aged for over twenty months in new French and American oak barrels.
