Redstone Winery's Sauvignon Blanc from Ontario's Beamsville Bench delivers bright citrus and tropical fruit aromas with notes of fresh-cut grass and subtle minerality. On the palate it is crisp and lively with grapefruit, lime zest, and a clean, refreshing finish that reflects the cool-climate character of the Niagara Escarpment.
