Redbreast Lustau Edition Irish Whiskey

A unique and aromatic expression of triple-distilled single pot still Irish whiskey, representing a collaborative marriage between the traditions of Midleton Distillery and the Sherry expertise of Bodegas Lustau. Initially matured in a combination of traditional bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks, it undergoes a finishing period of one year in seasoned first-fill Sherry butts from Jerez, Spain. This process yields a deep mahogany hue and an intense bouquet of dark fruits, prunes, and roasted walnuts. The palate is exceptionally creamy and spicy, offering rich flavours of honeyed malt and figs, culminating in a long, sophisticated finish with lingering notes of sweet sherry and toasted oak.
