Redbreast 15 Year Old Irish Whiskey is a rich, robust, and beautifully complex expression that showcases the pinnacle of the traditional Single Pot Still style. Originally created as a limited-edition release for La Maison du Whisky in Paris, it proved so exceptional that it earned a permanent place in the core Redbreast family. Crafted at the famed Midleton Distillery, it is made from a traditional mash of malted and unmalted barley, triple distilled in copper pot stills, and meticulously matured in a careful balance of first-fill and refill Spanish Oloroso sherry casks and American oak ex-bourbon barrels. Bottled at an elevated 46% ABV and without chill-filtration, the 15 Year Old delivers a fuller, more earthy, and highly textured profile compared to its younger sibling, packed with fleshy stone fruits, rich aromatic oils, and profound toasted wood spice.

Food Pairing: Roasted pork belly, spiced lamb chops, sharp aged cheddar or Comté cheese, rich fruitcake, and dark chocolate desserts.

Tasting Notes : Rich golden amber in appearance with a full-bodied, incredibly smooth, and oily mouthfeel.
