Redbreast 12 Year Old Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey is a flagship expression produced at Midleton Distillery in County Cork, Ireland. Crafted from a combination of malted and unmalted barley, it is triple distilled in traditional copper pot stills and aged for at least 12 years in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-Oloroso sherry casks. This process produces a rich, complex, and full-flavored Irish whiskey with notes of dried fruit, toasted wood, and warm pot still spice.
