About the Red Rooster GSM 2019 750ml
This iconic rooster really expresses its 'Rhone-style' image with flare and panache while strutting through the hen house. The clutch of hens immediately noticed the perfect shade of deep ruby, and enticing bouquet of red berry, humidor, sweet baking spices and cedar with just a dash of savoury herbs, leather and forest floor. This dry, medium to full-bodied wine has silky tannins, good structure and moderate acidity. Flavours of mixed red berries provide that perfect juicy, fruit-forward excitement, while a note of earth, sweet spice, black pepper and oak adds interest. Red berry, smoky cedar and savoury notes of mushroom and herbs linger on the extra-dry finish. Enjoy now through 2023.
