About the Red Rooster Reserve Semillon
A richly textured white wine from British Columbias Okanagan Valley, the Red Rooster Reserve Semillon offers notes of lemon curd, beeswax, and toasted oak with a creamy mid-palate. Hints of honeysuckle and dried apricot emerge on the finish, balanced by lively acidity and a lingering minerality that reflects the regions distinct terroir.
Food Pairing: Pan-seared halibut, creamy pasta dishes, soft ripened cheeses, roasted chicken, and light seafood chowder.
