Red Rooster Pinot Gris 2025 is a vibrant, refreshing, and beautifully aromatic Canadian white wine that brilliantly showcases the bright fruit character of British Columbia's premier wine-growing regions. Sourced from carefully selected vineyards across both the North and South Okanagan Valley, as well as the Similkameen Valley, a portion of the fruit spent additional time on the skins to enhance its texture and aromatic complexity, while the remainder was cool-fermented entirely in stainless steel vats. It pours a radiant, clear straw-yellow hue in the glass. The nose is highly expressive and welcoming, opening with inviting aromas of honeyed yellow apple, ripe white peach, and fresh melon, accented by a delicate touch of white blossoms.
