About the Red Rooster Brut Rose 2019
Delicate and refreshing, this Canadian sparkling rosé offers bright aromas of fresh strawberry, raspberry, and cherry blossom. On the palate it delivers crisp red berry flavours with fine, persistent bubbles and a clean, dry finish underpinned by lively acidity and a hint of toasted brioche.
