Red Line Single Barrel XO Cognac Finish is a limited-release American bourbon from Red Line Whiskey Co. The whiskey is selected from an individual bourbon barrel and then finished in an XO Cognac cask, adding rich fruit, grape, caramel and oak characteristics to the traditional bourbon profile. Because this is Barrel #108, proof and other barrel-specific specifications should be taken directly from that particular bottle rather than assumed from other Red Line releases.

Food Pairing: Grilled steak, smoked brisket, roasted pork, aged cheese, dried fruit, dark chocolate and crème brûlée.
