About the Shingleback Red Knot Shiraz
Red Knot Shiraz is a bold and expressive Australian Shiraz delivering rich aromas of dark plum, blackberry, and spice with hints of vanilla and mocha. The palate is full-bodied with velvety tannins, layers of dark fruit, and a lingering finish that reflects the warm, sun-drenched vineyards of McLaren Vale.
Food Pairing: Pairs well with grilled lamb, beef ribs, slow-cooked stews, aged hard cheeses, and hearty pasta dishes with rich tomato-based meat sauces.
