This Bourbon was fermented, distilled and aged for over 4 years in the Texas Hill Country. Twice distilled in our Christian Carl copper pot stills, this bourbon offers a diverse palate that surrounds the unmistakable spice of an extra high rye complimented by soft vanilla undertones. Our grain-to-glass bourbon was aged in a bonded facility in San Antonio.
