Raúl Pérez 'Ultreia' Godello 2022 is a vibrant, refined, and mineral-driven white wine crafted from old Godello vines planted across several plots in Bierzo. Spontaneously fermented with native yeasts and aged in large oak foudres and old oak barrels, it displays a pale straw-yellow hue. The nose delivers expressive aromas of yellow orchard fruit, white flowers, lemon rind, and crushed stone flint. On the palate, it is round, creamy, and precisely balanced, offering savory depth, bright acidity, and a long, saline finish.

Food Pairing: Pairs wonderfully with pan-seared sea scallops, fresh oysters, grilled octopus, roasted poultry, creamy pasta, and goat's milk cheeses.

The white 2022 Ultreia Godello is a blend of five different plots, most of them in Cacabelos. It has a very expressive nose, with notes of yellow fruit, flowers and white pepper. It's round and fleshy, with moderate ripeness and alcohol (around 12.5%), a little balsamic with the tender mouthfeel from the riper year. It had different vinifications and élevages and comes through as complex and balanced, quite impressive for the year. 45,000 bottles produced.
