Rampur Barrel Blush Indian Single Malt

Rampur Barrel Blush Indian Single Malt Whisky is produced at Rampur Distillery in Uttar Pradesh and matured initially in American bourbon barrels before being finished in Australian Shiraz wine casks. Bottled at 45% ABV and non-chill filtered, the wine-cask finish builds on Rampur’s tropical, malty house character with ripe berries and dark fruit, complemented by vanilla, caramel, toffee, oak and warming spice.

Food Pairing: Grilled lamb, roast duck, aged cheddar, charcuterie, dark chocolate, or berry desserts with caramel and toasted nuts.

Tasting Notes: Rich and fruit-forward, balancing tropical and dark fruit with ripe berries, vanilla, caramel, toffee, sweet malt, oak and gentle warming spice.

Nose: Tropical fruit and delicate florals mingle with smooth malt, vanilla and oak, followed by caramel, toffee, dried dark fruit and subtle spice.
