About the Ramey Hyde Vineyard Chardonnay
Rich yet beautifully balanced, this single-vineyard Chardonnay layers ripe pear and citrus with subtle floral, mineral and toasted-oak notes. The palate is concentrated and creamy while retaining vibrant acidity, giving the wine impressive freshness, structure and a long, refined finish.
Food Pairing: Seared scallops, lobster, roast chicken, grilled salmon, creamy pasta, mushroom risotto, and soft-ripened cheeses.
