The highly complex nose opens with an exotic bouquet of dried apricots, baked apples, and orange peel, masterfully layered with delicate notes of hazelnuts, wild honey, ginger spice, and a distinctive mineral undercurrent. On the full-bodied and beautifully textured palate, it balances a profound, layered concentration and vibrant, mouth-watering acidity with a solid structure of fine, tea-like tannins that carry into an exceptionally long, dry, and complex finish.
