Rabbit Hole Dareringer Kentucky Straight Bourbon is an exceptionally elegant, ultra-premium wheated bourbon that stands out for its unique, artisanal finishing process. Crafted in Louisville, Kentucky, this expression utilizes a smooth, rye-free mashbill where wheat serves as the flavoring grain to create a soft, approachable core. After initial maturation in hand-selected, toasted and charred new American oak barrels, the bourbon is transferred to fine Spanish Pedro Ximénez (PX) sherry casks from Casknolia cooperage for a luxurious secondary aging period. This double-cask maturation infuses the traditional, sweet corn foundations of the bourbon with deep, decadent dark fruit and nutty layers, resulting in a beautifully complex and distinct sensory experience.
