About the Rabbit Hole Cavehill Kentucky Straight Bourbon
The signature, multi-award-winning four-grain bourbon from Rabbit Hole Distillery. Cavehill features a highly unorthodox mash bill of 70% corn, 10% malted wheat, 10% honey malted barley, and 10% malted barley. By utilizing three distinct types of malted grains, the distillers extract an incredible depth of flavor not found in traditional bourbons. Aged in carefully selected, toasted and charred barrels and bottled in small batches of no more than 15 casks at 95 proof, it delivers a masterclass in sweetness and complexity.
NOSE
A beautiful, sweet bouquet of fresh green apples, warm honey, toasted marshmallow, and light floral notes.
PALATE
Incredibly soft, creamy, and fruit-forward. Lush flavors of honey, bright orange peel, and vanilla custard are balanced perfectly by gentle oak tannins.
FINISH
Smooth, clean, and lingering with a wonderful, sweet vanilla and minty warmth.
