Vinified with gentle whole-cluster pressing to prevent color extraction, it undergoes partial aging in French oak barrels and cement tanks with fine lees contact. In the glass, it reveals a pale lemon-citrine hue with bright clarity. The nose opens with an intriguing bouquet of citrus blossom, white stone fruit, delicate wild berries, and crushed mineral accents.
