About the Quinta dos Muros M7
Deep and complex, M7 combines fresh dark fruit with rockrose, earthy nuances, pink pepper and subtle balsamic notes. The palate is refined and remarkably fresh, showing silky tannins, impressive depth and an elegant, sophisticated finish shaped by extended maturation in French oak.
Food Pairing: Slow-braised pork, roasted lamb, venison, grilled beef, game dishes, mushroom dishes, and soft aged cheeses.
