Quevedo 40 Years Old Tawny is a fortified wine aged in seasoned oak casks for an average of 40 years, offering extraordinary depth and elegance. Layers of dried figs, walnuts, caramel, toffee, orange peel, coffee, and baking spice unfold across a silky palate, balanced by vibrant acidity and an exceptionally long, refined finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with crème brûlée, pecan pie, roasted nuts, blue cheese, dried fruits, caramel desserts, and dark chocolate.
