Les Quatre Piliers Chapitre I 2021 is Sauvignon Blanc from Touraine, sourced from four hectares on the right bank of the Cher. Vines aged 15 to 35 years grow on limestone with clay, flint and white marl. The wine ages eight months in various barrels.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with grilled sea bass, goat cheese tart, asparagus, and shellfish.
