Les Quatre Piliers Premiere Cuvee Cabernet Franc 2021 is a Touraine red made entirely from Cabernet Franc. Old vines grow on red clay and silex soils in Saint-Aignan. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel before one year in used barrels, producing silky texture, vivid freshness and juicy redcurrant character.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with roast duck, lamb, mushrooms and grilled pork.
