Quand Tu Balances Je Te Tiens Au Bout Du Doigt, Et Te Ramene Vers Moi combines Marsanne, Sauvignon Blanc and Carignan from Valvignieres in Ardeche. Fermentation begins in tank before continuing in older barrels, followed by ageing on lees. The resulting red wine shows fruit, structure and oxidative character.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with roasted pork shoulder, grilled sausages, mushrooms, and root vegetables.
