Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey Puligny-Montrachet is a village-level Chardonnay from Burgundy's Cote de Beaune. The domaine emphasizes careful vineyard management, balanced ripeness, and gentle whole-bunch pressing for its white wines. Fermentation takes place in 350-litre barrels, followed by extended ageing without batonnage before bottling without filtration.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with seared scallops, roasted turbot, butter-poached lobster, and mushroom risotto.
