Pierre Girardin Chassagne-Montrachet Premier Cru Vigne Blanche is produced entirely from Chardonnay grown on notably chalky terroir within Morgeots. Fermentation uses ambient yeasts, followed by twelve months in 456-litre barrels and eight months in stainless steel. The wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with roasted turbot, seared scallops, butter-poached lobster, and grilled prawns.
