About the Pursued By Bear Cabernet Sauvignon 2020
A bold and luxurious Cabernet Sauvignon with aromas of blackberry, cassis, cedar, and baking spice. Concentrated layers of dark cherry, cocoa, graphite, and toasted oak unfold across a full-bodied palate balanced by polished tannins, vibrant acidity, and a long velvety finish with remarkable depth and elegance.
Food Pairing: Pairs beautifully with grilled ribeye, braised short ribs, roasted lamb, aged cheeses, smoked meats, wild mushrooms, and beef tenderloin.

The 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon Pursued By Bear has a healthy ruby/purple hue to go with attractive aromatics of earthy red and black fruits, leather, and spicy herbs. It’s medium to full-bodied on the palate, has a supple, elegant mouthfeel, and clean, ripe tannins. A beautiful wine in the lineup, it appears to have escaped any of the smoky traces that can mar many of the wines.
