About the Purple Angel 3L Double Magnum
An iconic Chilean Carménère from Montes, presented in a 3L Double Magnum format. Blackberry, blueberry, plum and sweet spice combine with chocolate, tobacco and subtle vanilla, while polished tannins, balanced acidity and French oak create a powerful, elegant and persistent finish.
Food Pairing: Grilled red meats, rosemary lamb chops, pork ribs, cannelloni, spiced barbecue and hearty dishes with rich sauces.
