Chavy-Chouet Puligny-Montrachet Les Enseigneres is Chardonnay from a one-hectare village parcel beside celebrated Grand Cru vineyards. The producer describes natural tension, power and depth, with expressive white peach and pear notes. The wine ages for twelve months, including twenty percent new barrels, preserving its Puligny-Montrachet character.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with sole meuniere, seared scallops, lemon prawns, and roasted turbot.
