Les Heritiers Saint-Genys Puligny-Montrachet Les Levrons 2020 is a Chardonnay from Burgundy's Cote de Beaune. Hand-harvested grapes are fermented in French oak, followed by 19 months of barrel ageing with 20% new oak and seven additional months in stainless steel, retaining notable freshness and aromatic richness.

Exciting interplay of flint, white fruit and flowers. Excellent concentration and purity on the super-focused palate. The textural finesse and delicate minerality at the super-long finish must be tasted to be believed. Still very young. From grapes that were sustainably grown, with no use of herbicides. Drinkable now, but best from 2024.
