Pueblo Viejo Reposado Tequila

Pueblo Viejo Reposado is crafted from 100% Blue Agave grown in Jalisco, Mexico. Produced by Casa San Matias, it is aged for nine months in ex-Sazerac and Buffalo Trace barrels, developing ripe fruit, caramel, floral citrus, pepper, and cinnamon character alongside the agave foundation.

Food Pairing: Pair with carne asada, grilled pork, roasted chicken, spicy tacos, or aged cheese.

Nose: Floral citrus blossoms, caramel, butter, and ripe fruit.
