Pueblo Viejo Blanco Tequila

Pueblo Viejo Blanco is crafted from 100% Blue Agave grown in the Highlands of Jalisco. The mature agave is slowly cooked for 48 hours, milled, fermented for 72 hours, and carefully distilled, preserving the fresh character of cooked agave in this classic unaged expression.

Food Pairing: Pair with grilled shrimp, citrus ceviche, fish tacos, guacamole, or spicy chicken.

Nose: Green apple, fruit, and citrus notes.

Palate: Smooth herbal character with citrus, caramelized cooked agave, fruit, and light spice.
