About the Privato Rose
A vibrant and refreshing rosé from British Columbia's Thompson Valley, this wine offers delicate aromas of fresh strawberry, watermelon, and rose petal. On the palate it is light to medium bodied with crisp acidity, bright red fruit flavours, and a clean, dry finish with subtle floral notes lingering through.
Food Pairing: Fresh summer salads, grilled salmon, charcuterie boards, goat cheese, light pasta dishes, and Mediterranean appetizers.
