About the Primus Carmenere
An elegant Chilean Carménère from Primus, sourced from Apalta in the Colchagua Valley. Red cherry, plum, black fruit, cedar, pepper and rosemary lead into a fresh, silky palate with velvety tannins, balanced acidity and a refined, persistent finish.
Food Pairing: Beef empanadas, lamb curry, braised meats, grilled pork, hearty stews, roasted vegetables and mature cheeses.
