Sourced from a 1.15-hectare parcel of Pinot Noir in the elevated lieu-dit "Dessus les Gollardes" sitting above Savigny-lès-Beaune, this cuvée is vinified using whole-cluster organic and biodynamic fruit with zero added sulfites. In the glass, it displays a vibrant ruby hue. The nose opens with an aromatic kaleidoscope of wild strawberries, red cherries, rhubarb, and crushed rose petals accompanied by nuances of tea leaves, game, and delicate earthy spice.
