About the Domaine Jacques Prieur Corton-Bressandes Grand Cru 2019 750ml
The gently sloping Bressandes is one of the earliest maturing Pinot Noir sites on the hill of Corton. Dark and ingratiatingly peppery on the nose. The sweet raspberry fruited palate is thrown into relief by spicy, rocky minerality, the counterpoint of beguiling and serious, open and closed making for a complex wine which should age wonderfully. Picked 16th September. 45% whole-bunch fermented. 60% new oak.
