About the Jacques Prieur Beaune Clos de la Feguine Premier Cru Rouge 2022
Whole bunches of grapes were handpicked into small crates and pressed in a pneumatic winepress. Alcoholic fermentation and ageing entirely in oak barrels 100% malolactic fermentation. Intense, dark ruby red. Dark fruity. On aeration, floral notes (rose petals), fresh, juicy black cherry flesh. Tasty and juicy. Ripe, digestible fruit. Ripe, smooth, dense tannins.
