Champagne Jean Diot Premier Regard Brut is fresh and delicate, with aromas of white flowers, apple, citrus and brioche. The palate is soft and crisp, showing lime, lemon, white peach, apple and red currant before a pleasantly persistent finish. The blend spends 30 months on lees.
