Poupille Castillon Cotes de Bordeaux is a 100% Merlot red from Bordeaux, grown on clay-limestone soils. It displays an intense ruby color, expressive black fruit aromas and pronounced minerality. The palate is supple and rounded, with silky tannins and a balanced structure shaped by oak aging.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with rosemary-roasted lamb, mushroom gratin and garlic-roasted potatoes.
