The nose remains very powerful and strongly releases the toasting of the breeding and characteristics of the terroir, namely complexity and minerality. Empyreumatic notes of coffee and toast dominate this beautifully intense nose.
We feel that the mouth is just starting to fall into place. The woodiness takes its position and brings freshness but also an interesting length. The aromatics remain powerful and faithful to this rather “cold” terroir which always performs well during sunny vintages.
