About the Chateau des Quarts Pouilly-Fuisse Clos des Quarts
Chateau des Quarts Clos des Quarts is a Chardonnay from a monopole vineyard in Chaintre. It offers white peach aromas with restrained oak, followed by saline, mineral notes, generous breadth and an elegant palate. The wine is matured for 18 months in oak barrels before bottling.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with butter-poached lobster, seared scallops and roasted herb chicken.
