About the Potters Special Old 1.14L
Potter’s Special Old Rye is a classic Canadian rye whisky with an easy-drinking profile of caramel, vanilla, grain sweetness and gentle spice. This 50 mL miniature bottle is a single-serving format of the traditional Potter’s rye expression.
Food Pairing: Smoked meats, BBQ, aged cheddar, roasted nuts, milk chocolate and caramel desserts.
Tasting Notes: Caramel, vanilla, light grain, peppery spice and gentle oak.
Nose: Soft caramel and vanilla with subtle grain and oak.
Palate: Smooth and lightly sweet with caramel, vanilla and mild rye spice.
Finish: Clean and warming with lingering sweetness and light spice.
Serve: Neat, over ice, with ginger ale or in a classic whisky cocktail.
