Elegant and expressive, with red cherry, raspberry and wild berry fruit layered with floral, earthy and subtle spice notes. The palate is refined and energetic, showing fine tannins, fresh acidity and a persistent, mineral-tinged finish.
Food Pairing: Pair with duck, roast chicken, pork tenderloin, veal, mushroom dishes, game birds, or mild aged cheeses.
