Ponce Blanco

An exceptional and highly original Spanish white wine crafted by visionary winemaker Juan Antonio Ponce in Manchuela. Made entirely from old-vine, indigenous Albilla de Manchuela grapes grown on high-altitude soils, it is fermented and aged on its fine lees in neutral oak to reveal a vibrant, Burgundian-like profile of meyer lemon, green apple, fresh fennel, and an intensely refreshing, saline mineral finish.
