Asinone is Poliziano's flagship single-vineyard expression of Vino Nobile, sourced from one of Montepulciano's most celebrated sites. Rich aromas of black cherry, plum, violet, tobacco, leather, and baking spice lead to a powerful yet elegant palate with refined tannins, vibrant acidity, and exceptional depth. Complex and age-worthy, it finishes with remarkable length and balance.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with grilled lamb chops, beef tenderloin, wild boar ragù, braised short ribs, and aged Pecorino cheese.
