Masterfully crafted by the Poli family using their custom-designed, vacuum-sealed copper bain-marie still (Crysopea), this spirit is uniquely inspired by the sun-drenched fragrances of the Mediterranean coast. It is distilled from a carefully selected bouquet of Mediterranean botanicals, featuring a prominent core of rosemary, basil, thyme, and mint, balanced alongside Italian juniper berries, cardamom, and fresh coriander.
