About the Poggerino Primamateria
Primamateria is Poggerino's powerful Super Tuscan blend, combining Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot to create a wine of depth and elegance. Aromas of black currant, blackberry, plum, cedar, tobacco, and sweet spice lead to a full-bodied palate with concentrated fruit, polished tannins, and remarkable structure. Rich yet balanced, it finishes long and refined with excellent ageing potential.
Food Pairing: Grilled ribeye, beef tenderloin, roast lamb, braised short ribs, and aged hard cheeses.
