Poças Colheita 2000 is a single-harvest Tawny Port from Portugal's Douro Valley, aged in seasoned oak casks to develop exceptional complexity. Rich notes of dried fruit, caramel, toasted nuts, orange peel, and warming spice are balanced by vibrant acidity and a long, elegant finish.

As Colheitas (aged tawnies) go, this is young. It has good nut and raisin flavors, with a burst of orange zest and sweet cherries. Once open, it will keep for several weeks if the air is pumped out.
