Ployez-Jacquemart Extra Brut Rose blends 55% Chardonnay, 23% Meunier and 22% Pinot Noir, including 8% red Pinot Noir from Mailly Grand Cru. The Champagne combines expressive red fruit with richness, length and lively freshness. A low dosage of 4 g/L preserves precision and fruit expression.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with seared tuna, smoked salmon, duck breast, and raspberry-glazed quail.
