About the Planeta Etna Rosso 2022 750ml
Planeta Etna Rosso is a deeply colored red wine, often described as ruby red. It's made from a blend of Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio grapes, showcasing flavors of cherry, plum, and dark chocolate, with a distinct minerality due to the volcanic soil of Mount Etna. The wine is known for its smooth body, refined tannins, and a long finish, making it versatile for various occasions and pairings.
Vanilla, sour cherry, wild strawberry, a very clean flowery touch. Fleshy and smooth in the mouth. Very expressive fruit with more complex aromatic intrusions of undergrowth, myrtle and oriental spices. A wine which unexpectedly transforms itself into a champion of red drinks, with marked flavor and a tasting profile with emerging and exciting traces of iron, rhubarb and black pepper.
A table wine for drinking every day. Its versatility permits it to accompany the simplest dishes, like pasta with tomato sauce, to the most complex, both meat and fish.
